You already know the year, the trim, and the options. What you don't want is a Saturday in the F&I office, three days of back-and-forth email, or the feeling that the dealer knows something you don't. This service handles the negotiation only: I contact multiple dealers, work the price and the terms in writing, and hand you a final quote ready to sign.
The scope is intentionally narrow. That's why it costs less than the full matchmaking or Concierge tiers, and why it moves quickly. If any of the "not included" items are what you actually need, the matchmaking tiers exist for exactly those cases.
Most engagements close in five to seven business days. Rare specs or complex OEM incentive stacks can push to two weeks. You'll always know where things stand.
15 minutes on the phone. Confirm the exact car, trim, options, and geographic radius. If it's not a fit — used car, rare import, unclear spec — I tell you honestly and point you elsewhere.
Day 0Flat fee via Stripe. I send a short written brief back confirming the target spec, incentive stack I'll be pushing, and expected quote range based on current market data.
Day 1I contact 3–7 dealers, request initial written quotes, and rank them. The first round usually surfaces one or two willing to move on price and terms.
Days 2–4Back-and-forth on price, incentives, trade-in, and any F&I add-ons. I run every line item — loyalty cash, conquest, program allowances, market adjustments — and get them stripped or stacked accordingly.
Days 3–6You receive the winning dealer's out-the-door quote in writing, the contact details, and a short debrief on what to double-check when you sign. You walk in, sign, drive off.
Day 5–7Because the scope is tight, the fit is either right or wrong — there's no middle ground.
Most of the value in car negotiation isn't a magic phrase or a secret contact. It's time, information asymmetry, and the ability to walk. Here's what the $399 fee gets you and, just as importantly, what it doesn't.
No. Nobody who's honest about this business will. I guarantee the work — the canvass, the negotiation, the incentive-stacking, the F&I defense — and I'll tell you plainly at the end whether the numbers moved. Typical outcomes cover the fee multiple times over on price alone, before you count the time saved. But every car and every dealer is different, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
No catch. This is a new service and I'm using an August introductory rate to build case volume and refine the process. Starting September 1, 2026, it settles to $599 CAD (still less than Concierge). If you book before August 31, you lock in the $399 rate even if the work extends into September.
Allocation-limited cars (Porsche GT cars, BMW M-cars in certain trims, Toyota Land Cruiser, etc.) don't respond to negotiation the same way volume cars do. In those cases, the "negotiation" is often about order timing, allocation slotting, and ADM (additional dealer markup) defense. I can still help, but I'll tell you honestly on the scoping call whether the fee will pay for itself — sometimes the answer is no.
Yes. The math is different (money factor, residual, cap cost, disposition fee) but the process is the same. If leasing, tell me at the scoping call so I run the correct levers from the start.
Canada-wide. I'm Toronto-based, so GTA and Ontario dealers are the easiest to work with. For other provinces I lean on remote-first tools that most Canadian dealers now support. Rare specs sometimes require canvassing across provinces — I'll flag that on the scoping call if it applies.
Partly. I don't independently appraise the trade-in (that requires seeing the car), but I do negotiate the dealer's trade-in offer once it's been made — often getting a bump of a few hundred to a few thousand. Bring me the initial number or your own online-appraisal figure to start from.
No. If at any point you decide not to buy the car, we stop and you owe nothing beyond the fee already paid. The fee doesn't obligate you to close — it obligates me to work in good faith on your behalf.
Start with the free 15-minute call — book here. On that call I confirm fit, we agree on target dealers, and if it's a go I send you a Stripe payment link for the flat fee. Work starts within 24 hours of payment.
Free, no pressure. I'll confirm whether the car, spec, and timeline are a good fit for this service — and if they're not, I'll tell you what actually is. Booking through August 31 locks in the $399 rate.
